Refund Policy
Because every item sold in this store is custom-made to order through a third-party Print-on-Demand provider (Printful), we do not keep physical inventory and cannot resell returned items. As a result, our ability to issue refunds or accept returns is limited.
This Refund Policy explains:

This policy applies to all items purchased through the St. Andrew High School Merchandise Store.
Situations Where We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We will issue a refund or free replacement if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item, size, or design was sent
• The print quality is clearly flawed
To qualify, customers must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the order and provide:
• Clear photos of the issue
• The order number
• A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will either refund the order or have Printful send a replacement at no cost.
